I was skeptical about this produce but after all the reviews, I decided to give it a try while on a Keto diet. I have been on Keto diet before but by adding these Keto pills, It really helped me loose more weight fast. After a week on the pills I had lost a total of 8.2 lbs. pretty exciting . Definitely will continue combining these pills on my Keto journey. Taste is not bad at all and they are easy to swallow.
